Help kinderen uit zeer arme gezinnen in Roemenië!

Van dichtbij hebben we kunnen zien hoe extreem lastig het is om om straatkinderen te helpen hun op de  goede paden te krijgen. Daarom hebben wij na een paar jaar besloten om onze hulp aan straatkinderen te veranderen in het voorkomen van het op straat terecht komen  onder het mom van beter voorkomen dan genezen.

Zo zijn  we al meer dan 16 jaar lang actief in het onderbrengen in het internaat van kinderen uit zeer arme gezinnen zodat zij alle gelegenheid hebben om te kunnen studeren van  MBO, HBO tot Universiteit.

Zo heeft dit project voor veel kinderen, tot grote blijdschap van ouders, hunzelf en donateurs, al vele mooie banen opgeleverd van leraren ,artsen ,specialisten en priesters toe . Zo zijn er vanaf het jaar 2002 altijd jaarlijks ongeveer 30 studenten in  opleiding gesponsord door  All for Them. Kinderen uit gezinnen waar het maandinkomen minder dan 300 euro is worden geselecteerd

Waar kinderen thuis lijden onder extreme armoede en ook de schoolplicht meestal onder druk komt te staan biedt All for them met regelmaat de helpende hand met het verstrekken van levensmiddelen , geldelijke steun voor verwarming, huur, etc.

Verschillende scholen in kleine dorpjes zijn vaak door de overheid vergeten. All for Them helpt deze schooltjes met schoolmaterialen. Soms is het boven in de bergen niet eenvoudig om de scholen met de spullen te bereiken. Vooral in de winter is dit een probleem.

Deze school heeft een leraar die vier klassen onder z’n hoede heeft en verdient vooral ons respect omdat z’n salaris met werkweken van plm. 70 uur slechts 120,- euro per maand bedraagt. Deze man is daarbij zeer gedreven en heeft het ervoor over, gelet op z’n lage inkomen, om te eten en te slapen in de school en maandelijks maar een keer naar huis gaat om z’n familie te bezoeken.

Wist je dat wij in Roemenië als eerste partij een terminale zorg afdeling in een kinderziekenhuis (iasi) hebben gerealiseerd speciaal voor palliatieve patiëntjes.

Geldelijke steun aan het kinderziekenhuis Sf Maria in Iasi. Zo richtte AFT onder andere een complete zijvleugel met vijf kamers van het ziekenhuis in speciaal voor palliatieve patiënten. Voorheen bestond deze afdeling in het geheel niet waardoor kinderen overleden te midden van andere kinderen op hun kamer met alle triestheid daar omheen.

Hiermee is nu bereikt dat kinderen in de laatste levensfase, met alleen hun ouders in een kamer, de laatste weken van hun leven, samen, uiterst privé, zonder anderen daarbij, kunnen doorbrengen.

In het jaar 2000  startte Al for them een opvanghuis voor straatkinderen maar omdat de overheid kort daar op wettelijk regelden  dat alle weeshuizen en opvanghuizen gesloten moesten worden en straatkinderen niet meer werden geduld is All for them met de activiteiten hieromtrent noodgedwongen, successievelijk gestopt .

In plaats daarvan beloofde de overheid dat mensen die een kind adopteren  daar 100,- euro per maand voor zouden krijgen. Veel mensen maakten van de regeling gebruik omdat hun gemiddelde inkomen destijds plm. 250,- maandelijks was.

Dus meestal om economische redenen dat vaak ten koste ging van het welzijn van het kind dat soms moest eten en slapen in het schuurtje.

Onmiddellijk na deze periode is AFT gestart met het project : Opleiden van kinderen uit de allerarmste gezinnen onder het mom van : het is beter te voorkomen dan te genezen.

Oprichter Aad Koornneef heeft 16 jaar geleden een restaurant aldaar geopend om  daarmee de gerealiseerde winsten door te sluizen naar All For Them maar in het jaar 2017 is toch besloten het bedrijf om praktische redenen van de hand te doen.

Deze studenten zijn allemaal AFT studenten in het pannenkoekenrestaurant in Iasi met een typisch Hollands decor.

Hello! First of all, I want to thank All For Them for the help during my professional training. The scholarship I received during high school and college gave me the opportunity to pay me the necessary money, without which I could not have continued my studies. Thus, I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, specializing in the Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education. At present I am an educator at the Kindergarten with Normal Program no. 11 of Iasi. Was it my childhood dream to contribute a little to changing this world and how else than through education ?! Becoming a family without financial income would not have been able to get here without the help of this scholarship. That’s why I am grateful and in turn I try to help the children I have in my kindergarten to have access to good education, doing everything I can, but first of all trying to be a good teacher.

Hello! My name is Anca Teslariu and this year I have graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Grigore T. Popa” Iasi, Romania. For the moment I am studying in order to pass the exam for the medical degree and in November I will take the exam for the Residency programme. I don’t know yet what medical speciality I will choose, especially because the whole process is quite complicated, but I hope that it will be one that I will practice with pleasure, that suits me and especially I hope I will be a good doctor! I think that I was in the 3rd year of medicine when I started to receive the scholarship. That year, I had to pay the university taxes so the money were very welcomed. I used the money from the scholarship to pay for the transportation, meals and when I succeded to raise enough money I bought a laptop and a stethoscope. I am very greatful for their help and I hope that someday I will help others too, especially because the main reason of me becoming a doctor was to help other people. Thank you!

To say I was lucky, lucky to meet you because you changed my life, your support gave me wings to fly to my ideals. you have given me a helping hand at the most appropriate and appropriate moment of my life. Hello, my name Sava Corneliu Iulian and I am 19 years old, the future student of Roman Catholic Theology in Iasi. I would like to say a few things about the scholarship that gave me All For Them using math teacher Mrs. Daniela Chiorescu. With this scholarship I managed to finish twelfth grade, then high school with good results at school, I was able to cover much of your monthly expenses, and for the end of the school year 2018-2019 I attended class during the festive banquet. There are prospective student, as we mentioned above. I look forward tot he new time in the life of a teenager. First days in college and thanks for your help.

For me the support you have given me was extremely important because I could finsh my studies to a good high school in laşi and then go to college. Now I am at University of Medicine and Pharmacy in laşi, specialization nursing in the

3 year. I will always be thankful four your kindness and also I want to help people in difficulty. Thank you all fort hem.

I am blessed and I feel it everyday. I have a beautiful, joyful life and that’s because God has always sent me the right people in the right moment of my life. A very good and powerful example is “All fort hem”, Rudy and Aad – these wonderful people who helped me to continue my studies. I was tempted to say: to continue and to finish my studies, but while i continued them, I felt I will never stop stying. I finished my Licence degree in Special Education, but this is not the eind… and for this I want to thank Aad and Rudy- for giving me the possibility to study – because (strangely!) I started to like it. Through the help they gave me they woke in me the desire to know, to learn, to grow. The biggest dream I have in my life is that I can see and know people (all of them!) as they truly are and treat them properly, with dignity, kindness and love.

My name is Cristian, I am 20 years old and I am a student at “Gheorghe Asachi” Tehnical University. I am very happy and grateful that I was a part of this All For Them project. The support from it was for me very helpful during highscool and first year at university. In the beginning of October, I will start my second year at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies. I hope a lot to pass it with succes, because it is a very hard one and to not dissapoint anyone.
I hope, as well, to help others, like I was helped when I was in need.

Scholarship Project offered by the All for Them Association has been an enormous support for me.
